As a counselor, I feel privileged to join individuals during critical seasons of life. Throughout therapy, I strive to create an environment where you feel completely safe and honored. With this as a foundation for effective therapy, I am able to provide compassionate support and offer treatment for a variety of mental health concerns. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame. I have also obtained additional training through completion of the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute, affiliated with the International OCD Foundation.
