I am a Somatic Embodiment and Spiritual Psychology Practitioner with 24 + yrs. in the field of Psychology; I interweave Somatic Experiencing & mindfulness into the work I do with clients. This is work that often creates life long shifts resulting in greater nervous system regulation, freedom from limiting patterns, cultivating supportive beliefs and actions, increased confidence & empowerment, more loving and meaningful relationships, a greater ability to use your gifts to create a meaningful contribution in the world.
