I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience in providing therapy and mental health services in schools, community and county mental health. My focus is in treating anxiety, perfectionism, and managing the stress that can come with major life transitions. Perfectionism and anxiety often go hand in hand. And significant transitions in life, be it from high school to college, college to your first salaried job, promotions, or moving into independence at whatever stage of life, can be daunting. They can bring unexpected pressures that, for some, are overwhelming and start to feel a lot like anxiety.
