I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 17 years of experience helping people navigate the lingering feelings of sadness, worry, overthinking, trauma, doubt, stress, loneliness, or grief that can make it difficult to cope. I especially enjoy working with women who have experienced trauma and understand the complex, gender-based ways it can impact our lives and how we interact with the world.
