I am a compassionate and patient therapist and clear communication is my style. I work with individuals and couples who have experienced trauma in their lives and in their relationships to create new patterns. I have experience and training working with women working with couples who have experienced betrayal trauma. I use Emotionally Focused therapy alongside Deceptive Sexuality Trauma treatment in my work. Trauma and betrayal can leave us feeling unsafe and unsure about ourselves. I am committed to providing a comforting and calming space to work through this together. I use trauma focused modalities including DST model as applicable for couples and EMDR as applicable for individuals.
