No matter your circumstance, psychotherapy can have a positive impact on your life and your relationships. It is my hope to act as a guide for those that are ready to achieve healing in their lives. I seek to work collaboratively with clients to explore the best tools for each unique situation. While I am competent in using ACT, DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Systems Therapy, Solution Focused Brief therapy, Somatic and Polyvagal Therapy, working with me is more than a manual. I know each client has a unique modality or evidence based practice that will be the best fit. While I have worked with a large variety of cultures and demographics, I have specific experience in parenting, child welfare and foster care, childhood trauma, youth support, sexual health, relationships, LGBTQ+ and in working with refugees and immigrants on healthy cultural integration. My office is a space for you to be yourself, and go at your own pace.
