Hello and Welcome to my page! My name is Kristina Howard and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience in various settings. Recently, I shifted focus to include Maternal Mental Health and Health & Wellness Coaching. Navigating life, with all of the Ups & Downs, can be overwhelming and difficult to manage. Fortunately, there is light at the end of the tunnel and you don’t have to get there by yourself. I am here to listen, support, encourage and teach.
