I am glad you are here, taking steps toward putting yourself first. As a clinical therapist, I provide a person-centered approach to therapy, by creating a supportive and encouraging environment to help you move towards your optimal health. It is my belief that we need to develop protective parts to help us navigate through traumatic and stressful times. Our past can keep us stuck in old patterns. My goal is that together we reprocess past experiences to recreate new, healthier patterns for relationships, or other vulnerable areas in your life.
