I am Kristina Joseph, a Licensed Clinical Social worker. My main goal is to meet the client where they are in their mental health journey. This means I work with each client to better understand which modality works best for them. I work with adults; I am willing to work with anyone who feels like they have a connection with my approach to therapy. I use different best practices techniques in order to help my clients where they are at the point of the first session as well as the 100th session.
