I work with clients to build effective, day-to-day coping skills while also exploring deeper, long-standing patterns that may be keeping them stuck. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs, meeting you where you are and focusing on what feels most relevant right now, while gently examining the underlying beliefs and habits that deserve more attention.
