Life can become overwhelming or in some cases has always been overwhelming. I have a passion working with the client to problem solve current situations by exploring past situations and also being solution focused, which is working from the current situation and moving forward. I have been a therapist since 2015 and have specialized in substance use, trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, relationship issues and spiritual deficits. My favorite part about doing therapy is building relationships and seeing people improve their lives.
