I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Be Body Positive Facilitator with close to 20 years of experience. Specializing in the practice of mindfulness, body positivity, HAES, intuitive eating, meditation, guided visualizations, and self-care techniques, I use a holistic, heart-centered approach with my clients to help them attain the results they desire. I am passionate and committed to helping others achieve their goals and to live a balanced and fulfilled life.
