Feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or struggling with anxiety, stress, substance use, or major life changes? You don’t have to figure it out alone. I work with adults (18+) who want a supportive space to better understand themselves, build healthier coping skills, and make meaningful changes in their lives. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and honest. I’ll meet you with compassion while supporting thoughtful healing and growth in the areas that feel most important to you. I work with adults only who are navigating concerns such as anxiety, stress, and burnout, depression, life transitions and identity changes, grief and loss, and substance use. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or simply want to better understand yourself, therapy can be a place to slow down, reflect, and move forward with intention.
