I am a Licensed bilingual Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience. I specialize in working with individuals on achieving their goals while living a healthier life and future. Most of my career, I have helped individuals surpass anxiety and depression through meditation, guided imagery and mindfulness. I also work with families/ couples in reconnecting, managing anger management, I have great experience working with the youth in behavior modification/ conflict resolution. I have taken an integrative approach to healing by utilizing more traditional forms of treatment and I am spiritually minded in my approach as well. I understand the struggle in finding a therapist who is "real", non judgmental, and committed to your success.
