Hi, I’m so happy you’re here. My priority is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and free to be fully yourself. I believe it is the authentic connection between therapist and client that makes healing possible, so our relationship is always at the heart of our work. I work with teens, adults, and couples, navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, trauma, addiction, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My clients report leaving sessions with a feeling of relief, a stronger sense of self-confidence & self-awareness, and coping skills & actionable steps to use long after therapy has concluded.
