I specialize in helping my clients gain or regain control of their lives. Sometimes we feel as though we are just going through the motions of life just to get by all the while, life is passing us by. Sometimes we are unhappy without understanding why or what to do about it. Sometimes we hold on to the troubling chapters of our lives and it denies us the ability to move forward and truly enjoy the rest of our lives. I work with clients to help them own the good, the bad, the ugly and all the messy parts in between parts of their lives so they can embrace their best selves.
