Welcome! I am so glad you’re here. I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Colorado, and the mountains are my home! I specialize in working with children and adults who have experienced trauma and/ or adjustment-related stress and anxiety. You deserve to find a therapist who is a good fit for you. Someone you like and are comfortable with, and someone who likes you too! I am committed to taking the time to build that relationship. With children, the relationship is just as important, and I utilize play therapy and art-based activities to help build that relationship and make sure therapy is fun too!
