I have many years of experience in providing therapy to seniors, military and to people with substance abuse problems. I help Russian and Ukrainian emigrants to adapt in the USA. In addition to my work experience, I draw upon wisdom from my life experience. I offer cognitive behavioral therapy, Acceptances Commitment Therapy, clients centered and solution focused modalities.
