My approach is grounded in the principles of Internal Family Systems (IFS), which honors the inherent multiplicity within each person and recognizes that every part of us exists to protect and support our well-being—even when it may not feel that way. Using a strength-based perspective, I seek to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their internal landscape with curiosity and compassion. I believe that true healing happens when we access our core Self, a place of resilience, clarity, and calm.
