Hi there! My name is Kristina Tu. I am a License Marriage Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience working with individuals who have experience trauma, anxiety, family issues, relationship issues, eating disorders, depression, low self-esteem, and self-doubt. As a therapist, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for healing, and self-exploration. I use a collaborative approach with my clients and help them navigate through phases in their life that maybe confusing and challenging.
