I believe, that most people are capable of experiencing change if given the opportunity, support, and motivation in order to achieve their personal goals. My personable and warm approach with client's is encouraging, inclusive and collaborative. I tailor therapy sessions with therapeutic interventions based on the needs of each individual, using multiple evidenced based therapies and practices. I work primarily with client's who are 18 years of age and older. I have a specialization with the 0-5 age population, by providing parenting support, education, and consultation to parents of children at any age.
