With more than 20 years of experience as a marriage and family therapist I have dedicated myself to helping people nurture their emotions, recover their dignity and build self-reliance. I offer a warm and nonjudgmental space to explore challenges that are overwhelming. I address a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression and PTSD. As a marriage and family therapist I can also provide couple’s therapy to assist with marriage-based concerns and struggles. I also work with children and adolescents to help them navigate and process childhood issues and assist them with developing better coping skills.
