About
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience. I earned my Master’s degree from St. Mary’s College of California in 2015 and have received training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Perinatal and Postnatal Mental Health. In 2023, I also became a Certified Doula.
