I meet clients where they are emotionally, creating a safe space for them to share their story with confidence and without judgment. Building trust, respect, and healthy boundaries is central to my approach. I view each client as an individual with their own unique story and strengths, and I strive to help them recognize their worth while empowering them to reach their personal goals—both in therapy and in everyday life. I help children and families navigate behavioral challenges, big emotions, trauma, and PTSD. With a background in supporting military families, I use trauma-informed, play-based, and CBT approaches to build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and promote emotional regulation and healing.
