I am a licensed mental health counselor in New York, with more than 14 years of experience in psychotherapy in various outpatient clinical settings. I work with clients of various ages with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, and life transitions. My therapy style is warm and interactive, and I meet clients where they are at. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
