My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you—helping you gain insight, shift patterns, and move toward the life you want to live. Your first session is all about getting to know each other and starting to build a foundation of trust and safety. I’ll ask questions to better understand what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what goals or hopes you have for our work together.
