Hi there, I'm Kristine! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in practice for over 10 years. I think of therapy as a team effort, where you and I both come up with a plan and technique to help you meet your personal goals to improve your life. I use a variety of therapy techniques and will tailor my approach based on you and your needs/preferences. I am EMDR trained for those who want to do trauma work, I lean on CBT for short-term goals and developing coping skills, and also use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Psychodynamic.
