My specialties include depression, anxiety, self-esteem struggles, body image concerns, relationship challenges, and multicultural issues. I believe in everyone's capacity to grow, heal, and live authentically and I help others cultivate kindness and trust with themselves so they self-care with confidence. I encourage change with patience and grace and counsel others towards a more loving relationship with themselves which, in turn, enables deeper relationships with others.
