I am passionate about helping clients discover their truest selves, beneath the layers of life’s experiences, traumas, and negative beliefs. Through talking, we discover the problem… then we need to do something about it. Utilizing specific trauma release techniques such as somatic experiencing, EMDR, and mindfulness and therapeutic yoga, I have seen amazing shifts in a fairly short amount of time. Whatever your goal, we can work together to achieve balance and lasting change.
