My approach is grounded in the belief that there exists an innate wisdom in the body and mind. I work with you to facilitate your ability to tap into that wisdom. I incorporate a somatically oriented therapy where you the client can begin to notice your body response, emotional response, and the mind's response to the issues you are struggling with. Change becomes possible as you mindfully observe, process, and integrate these response patterns to discover how you organize your experience.
