My ideal client is someone who has reached a point where they’re tired of surviving and ready to understand themselves on a deeper level. They may come in carrying the impacts of trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, or patterns of emotional overwhelm that affect their daily life and relationships. Many of the clients I work with describe feeling stuck in cycles they don’t fully understand: reacting before they mean to, shutting down when they want to speak up, or repeating the same patterns even when they desperately want things to change.
