Are you feeling stuck in your relationship, avoiding intimacy, or unsure how to repair after ghosting, infidelity, or disconnection? Therapy can help you move toward something more honest, connected and true to you. I work with individuals and couples to heal from disconnection, shame, and relational wounds by addressing communication breakdowns, desire differences, and relational trauma. I also support clients through grief, burnout, life transitions, and the pain of rejection or loss. I am sex-positive and affirming of LGBTQIA+, kink, and CNM communities. I welcome anyone who feels out of sync with their body, partner, or self.
