Hiya, I'm Kristine! My heart is particularly drawn to supporting neurodivergent individuals, members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals recovering from addiction, navigating sobriety/moderation, and/or wanting to further explore their relationship with substance use, clients wanting to heal from trauma, including complex and relational traumas, and anyone navigating grief, loss, death, and end-of-life concerns, including death anxiety. I also regularly support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, communication issues, and identity exploration. I work with adults, adolescents, and couples.
