So many of the people I work with come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply exhausted from trying to hold everything together. They may be struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, social, and/or alcohol of substance use - and underneath it all, there's often a longing to feel calm, confident, and connected again. My clients want to understand themselves better, to feel lighter, and to find a way forward that actually feels good and true to who they are.
