Sometimes we encounter a point in life that feels overwhelming, or sometimes things are manageable but a lot to bear, and there comes a time when you need a professional to guide you through it. That's where I come in! I believe that clients are the experts of their life, meaning they take me on their journey, and I am simply there as a guide to help navigate what can be a windy path. Therapy is vulnerable, therefore I strive to create a safe environment by being my authentic self, meeting clients with kindness and grace and bringing in light humor, and I hope that you will feel comfortable to authentically be yourself, too.
