Individuals raised by immigrant parents often face cultural and generational gaps that can bring daily conflicts as well as deeper intergenerational wounds. As a Korean-American, I help adults, teens, and families understand how these struggles shape their identity, relationships, and sense of belonging. I provide a safe space for healing and growth, helping people move beyond the grip of their inner critic, break cycles of indecision or feeling stuck, and rediscover purpose, identity, and hope for their future.
