I use a collaborative approach with my clients to develop and work toward their personal goals. I offer a safe and inclusive space for my clients to explore their identities, relationships, needs, desires, and even fears. I have experiences working with adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families. I have specialized training in LGTBQIA+ issues, neurodivergence, gender identity, perinatal mental health, parent coaching, and relationship counseling (including poly/ENM). Additionally, I have training in exposure response prevention (ERP) which is the gold standard treatment for OCD and is used to treat various anxiety-related disorders.
