I work with folks who are sick and tired of the carousel we call "mental health care." That is, the system that prefers diagnosis, medication, and hospitalization over human solutions. The system that wants you to learn how to "cope" with the unacceptable conditions your life presents you with. Unlike the medical model, I see every last person I work with as a unique, complicated individual who is struggling, yet full of untapped potential. Our relationship will center around YOU, and observing how your mind gets between you and the meaningful life you deserve. One thing to know about our work together: we won't be wasting any time.
