Many people experience feelings of inadequacy, depression, anxiety, or just feeling "stuck". In many ways, life is a puzzle we must solve. I have extensive experience working in sub-acute mental health programs. Some of my clientele struggle with addiction, some struggle with psychotic disorders, and others may be going through a brief, difficult time, and need support to help navigate their lows. Therapy is for everyone - we all need a little perspective and guidance from time to time.
