My clients are complex and many have spent years feeling misunderstood or misdiagnosed, struggling to find therapists who truly recognize and understand what's happening. While techniques are useful, they are secondary to the therapist's own understanding. My approach focuses on both client and therapist deeply understanding all of you and the unique dynamics of your inner world. The most useful tool we have is the engagement between us. The goal is to help you process the past, understand the impact it has had, and work towards building a life where connection, understanding, and healing are possible.
