I would love to help you free yourself from the distress that comes from being stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. My goal is to help you peel back the layers to begin to truly heal from the inside out. I strive for authenticity and compassion and take great care to provide you with a safe container to do this (most) important work. I would love to help you heal the parts of you that may be suffering and reunite with the greatest version of yourself. From working the past 15 years in PTSD clinics, I have extensive training and experience in working with clients experiencing trauma-related issues/PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic stress and addictive behaviors. My practice is holistic and integrative and may draw from mindfulness, experiential, somatic, and traditional cognitive behavioral methods.
