I’m passionate in helping people better understand how their nervous systems work and affect their emotional well-being. I’m also passionate about helping people understand how a dysregulated nervous system leads to development of mental health conditions. It’s important for an individual to determine the focus of treatment and what they need to happen in order to consider enacting a change process. Sometimes someone just needs an active listener they can use as a sound board and to mirror back their experience. Empathy and validation are the cornerstone to my approach. I practice unconditional positive regard and employ an emphasis on curiosity and compassion throughout the therapy process. I help someone explore and uncover their current narrative and help identify if it’s beneficial to look at rewriting a narrative that keeps them stuck and disempowered. I’m offering telehealth services.
