Kristy is a Licensed Associate Counselor who specializes in trauma-focused therapy that honors the whole person—mind, body, and inner world. Her work blends IFS (Internal Family Systems), EMDR, somatic awareness, and deeply human-centered, relational attunement. Kristy believes healing happens through connection, curiosity, and the courage to meet every part of ourselves with compassion. Her approach is grounded, intuitive, and collaborative—helping clients reconnect with their inner resources, reclaim their power, and build lives aligned with their values. She works with adults navigating trauma, identity, transitions, grief, anxiety, and the complexities of being human.
