Since 2012, I've supported clients who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or unsure how to move forward-even when things appear "fine" on the outside. My style is warm, collaborative, and down to earth. Therapy works best when you can show up as your full self. Humor and curse words? Totally welcome!
