My passion is working with older adults and their families and I have spent the majority of my career treating individuals with dementia. I also treat anxiety, depression, and a variety of other mental health issues. My services include both psychotherapy and assessment tailored to the unique needs of clients ensuring that they receive the care and understanding necessary in their current life stage. In our initial sessions, I ask thoughtful questions to better understand you and the challenges you may be facing. This collaborative approach allows us to create a safe space where you can work towards meaningful solutions.
