But how does one do or not if one doesn't know what to do? Maybe you just feel stuck and don't know what you feel you need to do next or even want to do next. Helping you to identify the need, the goal, the ultimate issue is my goal. I work primarily with adults and senior adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and a host of other mental health concerns. I am LGBTQI+ and kink friendly. I am a certified trauma professional.
