My ideal client is a woman who is looking to have greater, more holistic health in their life. They are maybe struggling with limiting beliefs or self-esteem issues that they know that, if resolved, would help them to establish a more firm footing in life and be able to navigate life's challenges with greater ease. They would be energized and ready for change and willing to take on the challenge of improving self-care from a holistic perspective.
