I am energized by working with queer BIPOC femmes who are navigating life and wanting to get in touch with the inner confidence that sometimes gets lost. Especially for those who are children of immigrants or first generation cycle breakers - we can struggle with perfectionism, imposter syndrome, betrayal of boundaries, or an unfamiliar relationship to self. I welcome all parts of you as we go on this journey with the self-compassion and softness you deserve. If you are navigating stressors related to your love life, career, balancing personal and family responsibilities, and feeling overwhelmed, anxious or depressed, we can uncover self-limiting beliefs, work on boundaries, and explore and better understand your needs.
