Hello! Reaching out for support is a brave and meaningful step. It takes courage to recognize that you might benefit from a little guidance, and I would be honored to be part of your journey forward. I offer individual and family counseling for children ages 3+ and adults in NH, MA, VT, ME, & NC experiencing a wide range of challenges, including: trauma, anxiety, family conflict, life transitions, depression, self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, relationship challenges, and parenting stress. I also provide parent coaching. I offer primarily virtual services, however can meet in person with clients in the Lakes Region, NH area. With nearly 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I draw primarily from cognitive behavioral and trauma-focused therapies including EMDR and Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) to guide and support this process, tailoring each session to your needs. I bring authenticity to the therapeutic relationship, as it’s essential to meaningful clinical work.
