Welcome, I am here to support you on your journey towards healing and self-discovery. I am a licensed clinical social worker experienced in children, individual, and family therapy. I earned my Master in Advanced Clinical Practice from an ASWB accredited school, Walden University. I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and various trauma. Living in a busy world with many expectations can be chaotic and create anxiety. You need a sense of calm and confidence on your journey. Reach out to me and we can create those attainable goals to a better today and tomorrow. My approach to therapy is client-centered and my personality is warm and empathetic. I also have a sense of humor. I use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness to address negative thought patterns, provide coping skills, and practice being present in the moment.
